Children under 9 must be accompanied on the ice by an adult at all times; ages 9–12 must have an adult with them, who does not need to skate. Skate aids are subject to availability.

Prices: Skate-only ticket prices not yet published ("Tickets on sale soon"); skate upgrade £6 per person added to a package; season skate membership £60 per person; skate aids £2.50 for 20 minutes
Skating passes give unlimited time on the ice during your visit. Skates are available from children's size 7 up to adult size 14. Penguin aids are for skaters up to 1.2m, snowman aids for taller ones. Children aged 4–8 need an adult on the ice.
