Of the 145 Halloween events we track, 81% are gentle enough for children and 19% are proper scares with live actors and age limits. 112 are open on Halloween itself, Saturday 31 October.
For each event we read the organiser’s page and recorded the scare level and any minimum age exactly as published. We sort into four levels so you can tell a pumpkin trail from a scare maze before you book.
